Project Overview

A mobile application to manage agents' rewards and rank by assigning points based on their lifetime sales performance. The points earned can be used to buy items on the shop available inside the app.


Challenges

  • Boost engagement, track performance, and reward high-performing agents through an enterprise mobile platform.

Solution

  • Designed the mobile app's interface following the brand's visual identity.
  • Development of admin and agent dashboard with key features such as:
  • - Agent profile page

    - Agent registrations

    - In-App and Push Notifications

    - Files and documents storage

    - Custom report generation

    - Sales data chart that can be segmented by different criteria including date, ID number, and product lines

    - E-wallet to view lifetime and current points as well as rankings

    - Promotions and Challenges section that allows agents to participate in different activities to boost their ranking and earn points

  • Integrated a reward shop wherein agents can redeem their points for perks and gift items
